The context
Premium pet healthcare in India — a category being written in real time.
India's relationship with pet ownership is changing fast. A generation of urban pet owners — in cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai — is treating their animals as family members, not livestock. They want the same standard of care they expect for themselves: expert diagnosis, clean facilities, compassionate staff, and technology that matches international standards.
The infrastructure hadn't caught up. Most pet clinics in India were basic. Premium veterinary care — the kind that pet owners in North America or Europe take for granted — was almost non-existent. Seven Oaks Pet Hospital saw that gap and decided Hyderabad would be where India's standard changed.
The challenge
A world-class brand entering a market that didn't know it was ready.
Bringing an international healthcare brand into India is never just a translation exercise. The brand had to be localised — not diluted. The premium pricing had to be justified to an audience that had never experienced this level of care. And the cultural nuances around pet ownership in India — which vary enormously even within Hyderabad — had to be understood and respected.
What we delivered
Every touchpoint a pet owner and their family would encounter.
For Seven Oaks' India launch, ThoughtRadius owned the entire brand and marketing build — from the way the hospital looked on the inside to how it showed up at India's biggest pet expo. Here is what a year of work looks like.
The expo moment
Thousands of pet owners. One stall they couldn't walk past.
Petex India is the country's most significant pet industry expo — and it was the natural stage for Seven Oaks' public debut. ThoughtRadius designed the stall and exhibition branding from scratch, creating an environment that communicated everything the brand stood for without saying a word: premium, caring, international-grade, and entirely at home in Hyderabad.
The room where Hyderabad met Seven Oaks for the first time.
The expo stall wasn't just a booth. It was the brand's first handshake with India — designed to make pet owners feel that something genuinely different had arrived in their city.
Inside the hospital
Premium isn't a price tag. It's a feeling.
The most important marketing a hospital does happens inside its own walls. A pet owner carrying an anxious animal into a new clinic is reading every signal: how clean is it, how calm does it feel, how professional does the signage look, does this place feel like it knows what it's doing?
ThoughtRadius designed every internal touchpoint to answer those questions before the vet had introduced themselves. From the signage system to the environmental design, every element was built to tell one story: you and your pet are in the right place.
The launch
From invisible to unmissable — across every channel at once.
The Jubilee Hills centre launch was orchestrated as a full market entry event — not just a ribbon-cutting. Press coverage introduced Seven Oaks to Hyderabad's media. Launch events brought the right people through the door. Digital and social built the online presence that would sustain the brand long after opening day. Everything ran simultaneously, because a premium brand doesn't trickle into a market — it arrives.
The outcome
The Jubilee Hills centre remains Seven Oaks' flagship in India.
The centre ThoughtRadius launched is still their anchor location — the standard against which every subsequent Seven Oaks India centre is measured. That's not a coincidence. It's what happens when a brand is built right from day one.
In one year, ThoughtRadius took Seven Oaks from zero India presence to a fully operational, premium-positioned, digitally active flagship hospital that Hyderabad's pet-owning community had embraced as their own. The brand that arrived at Petex India as a stranger left as the city's most talked-about new veterinary destination.
"Hyderabad finally had a pet hospital it deserved. Our job was to make sure the city knew it."
What this taught us
Experience is the brand. Everything else is the promise.
In healthcare — human or animal — the brand lives in the room. It lives in the signage that guides a nervous pet owner to the right ward. In the environment that makes an anxious dog feel less afraid. In the launch event where a vet explains what world-class care actually means. In the social post that makes a first-time visitor feel like they've already been here before.
This is what ThoughtRadius builds. Not just campaigns — but the complete, layered experience that makes a healthcare brand trusted from the very first encounter.
