The context

Premium pet healthcare in India — a category being written in real time.

India's relationship with pet ownership is changing fast. A generation of urban pet owners — in cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai — is treating their animals as family members, not livestock. They want the same standard of care they expect for themselves: expert diagnosis, clean facilities, compassionate staff, and technology that matches international standards.

The infrastructure hadn't caught up. Most pet clinics in India were basic. Premium veterinary care — the kind that pet owners in North America or Europe take for granted — was almost non-existent. Seven Oaks Pet Hospital saw that gap and decided Hyderabad would be where India's standard changed.
